Where we began......

93 years ago Arthur C. Johnson Sr. opened his 1st new car and truck dealership. In 1964, the second generation Arthur C. Johnson Jr. purchased the Lincoln Mercury franchise on North St. By 1980 the third generation was in place and felt growing pains so the Ford franchise was added to compliment Lincoln Mercury and moved to our current location on East Street. In 1991 the Nissan franchise was purchased and located next to the Ford Lincoln Mercury building. Today the dealership is owned by the third and fourth generation of Johnson. Gary and his two children Tary and Chris now employ over 50 employees and are very active in the local community.  This is our 10th year sponsoring the United Way car with Greylock Federal Credit Union.  Look for our 2009 Ford Focus around town.
